If you have forgotten your user name, click on "Memberlist" at the top of the page and find your name. If you have forgotten your password too, click on the words "I forgot my password" on the sign-in page and the board will send you a new one. Once you have signed in using the new password, click on "Profile" at the top of the page and change your password to something you will remember. Nearly all your questions about the operations of the board are answered either here in this forum or you can click on "FAQ" at the top of the page. FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions.
